Don't worry, we made it safely to and from Colorado. Cooper did well on the plane (much better than the obnoxious drunk man in our row.) Over the fourth of July weekend, Chelsea, Cathy, and Cooper went out to Colorado for Kirsten (Chelsea's college friend) and Tom's wedding (not our Tom--a different one). While we were there we spent time with family and friends. Take a look....
Cooper loves his family. He got to hang out with Ally and Mickey. Aunt Coleen got Cooper laughing with her "boom boom" boxing and engaged with finger puppets. He was grabbing on to them left and right. Uncle Bill had such an amazing effect on Cooper. Coop was so in awe with Bill and would instantly calm down in Bill's arms. (I wish we could've taken him home with us for those long nignts.)
Chelsea went to a fun place called Canvas and Cocktails, where she learned to paint poppies with her friends. The instructor showed us how to do these wonderful paintings and kept saying, "let the mimosa do the painting." Everyone's turned out great even those of us that are less artistic. It was so much fun to spend time with old friends. It was great to catch up and meet new spouses and kids.

Kirsten and Tom's first dance |
Kirsten and Tom's wedding was beautiful. It was so great to be a part of their special day; we wish them all the best. They are an amazing couple. At the wedding Chelsea and Cooper visited the photo booth and danced together at the mother/son dance. We enjoyed the ceremony, dinner, dancing, fireworks, and friends.
